Hello Me
Mission Statement
Democrat Unity is different from other Progressive communities. We emphasize a tight-knit group of bloggers, activists, candidates and political junkies working together in support of each others’ efforts, not a highly competitive, frequently contentious site where individual contributors are constantly trying to outdo each other. Democrat Unity is intended as a friendly site where we might not always agree, but we are always respectful of everyone’s point of view. Democrat Unity is evolving as we add new members, and we are working to establish contributor meet ups, brainstorming sessions, and hands-on activity that go beyond writing a blog post or leaving comments on someone else’s post. We encourage and appreciate suggestions you might have and always appreciate it when contributors get the word out to other interested parties. For those wishing to take an active role in a new kind of political blogging experience, Democrat Unity is the site for you. |
